Items will be available for pick up at the winter concert on 12/11.
Please share photos that you take throughout the season on our google drive.
We will be pulling photos for the banquet. Please make sure photos are .jpq or .png, photos uploaded as .heic may not be printed.
IPhones default to .heic. Follow these directions to upload as .jpg. Select the photo, tap the share button, at the top select options and choose most compatible. Click done and scroll down to "save to files". Once saved to your phone files, you can upload to the google drive.
🗓️ Next BPO Parent meeting - February 2026 - Please reach out with any questions until then! BPO Parent Meetings are held Virtually @ 7:30 pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month. We hold meetings as an opportunity to meet and discuss upcoming items for the season/band to include details on volunteering, fundraising, chaperoning, football games and competitions.

Loudoun County High School Band Parents’ Organization (LCHS BPO) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides support for all of the band programs at LCHS, including but not limited to: the Marching Captains and Color Guard, the Concert, Symphonic and Jazz Bands.
BPO board maintains a budget for a variety of purposes and is responsible for communicating upcoming activities and needs with the parents.
The BPO as a whole with the board's leadership supports the Band by volunteering for the following key needs:
Snacks, meals & drink donations
Chaperones for home football games
Chaperones for competitions
Organization of fundraisers and other special events
Pit crew support
Corporate sponsorships
